LONDON EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms relate to the delivery of our in-person London event. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BECAUSE THEY SET OUT IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELATING TO THE DELIVERY OF OUR SERVICES. BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS IN FULL WITHOUT VARIATION.

These event terms (“the Terms”) are between Rose Radford Limited (“the Company”), a company registered in the United Kingdom with company registration number 11162095, whose registered office is at C/O Annette & Co, Suite F16 St George's Business Park, Castle Road, Sittingbourne, ME10 3TB, and you, the event guest (“the Participant”).

1. Event Specifics

1.1 - The event is a one day in-person, community based, strategic coaching and networking event designed to support ambitious entrepreneurs who are looking to accelerate their growth and get clarity on their next level of success, “the Event”.
1.2 - The Event shall take place in London at the New White Loft, Old Street on 30th June 2023.
1.3 - This is a full day event. No lunch or refreshments will be provided but during the lunch break you will be provided with information on where to walk locally to reset, reframe and pick up refreshments.
1.4 - The event will end with a Bubbles reception for VIP Ticket Holders only.
1.5 - No accommodation or transport is provided as part of the Event.
1.6 - Any food preferences or allergies should be communicated to the Company as soon as possible and no later than 7 days prior to the Event.
1.7 - There is the option to upgrade the ticket to a VIP ticket which includes an intimate networking dinner the night before the Event and 2 weeks of group coaching access to Rose on Telegram which will take place within 1 month after the event takes place.
1.7 - The Telegram support will allow VIP participants the opportunity to ask questions directly to Rose and gain bespoke support. Response times to messages will vary but messages will typically receive a response within 48 hours, with weekends being a little slower. The coaching will be delivered to a group of individuals and all VIP participants will be able to see and hear messages from you and responses from Rose.


2. Payment, Refund and Cancellation Rights

2.1 - There are “early bird” tickets available, which will be advertised through our social media and directly to our mailing list. Once these have been sold, or once the early bird deadline expires, whichever happens sooner, the ticket price shall increase.
All ticket prices are correct as advertised on the ticket sales page for the event.
2.2 - Due to the capacity of the venue we are strictly limited on the number of tickets available and you are purchasing for a specific named date, we cannot provide you with a refund if you change your mind or become unable to attend. Please therefore check the event specifics and your diary carefully before purchasing.
2.3 - In circumstances where the Participant is unable to attend the Event and provides at least 24 hours’ notice in writing, the Company shall permit the transfer of the ticket and attendance to an alternative named individual.
2.4 - The Company reserve all rights to postpone or cancel the Event for any reason due to illness, extreme weather, COVID-19, or any other reason, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, and in such circumstances the Company shall provide the Participant with as much notice, including a revised date if available, as possible.
2.5 - Due to the risk of Event postponement, the Participant must ensure that any travel and accommodation can be rearranged. The Company will not be responsible for the costs of travel or accommodation under any circumstances.


3. Health & Safety, Warranties, Disclaimers and Liabilities

3.1 - The health and safety of all event participants is of paramount importance to the Company. Participants must disclose all prior health conditions, including learning support requirements, prior to attending the Event so that any necessary adjustments can be made.
3.2 - The Company reserves the right to implement COVID-19 secure measures at their total discretion.
3.3 - The Company make no representations as to the content, timetable or delivery of the Event which is subject to change at short notice. The Participant should place no reliance, or expectation, on any earlier events as to the experience or results to be obtained from attending this Event.
3.4 - Nothing in these terms will (a) limit or exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) limit any liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or (d) exclude any liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

4. Data Protection, Confidential Information and Intellectual Property

4.1 - Any personal data collected by the Company in connection with the performance of this Agreement will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy: https://www.roseradford.com/privacypolicy
4.2 - During the course of the Event participants may have access to confidential information, in particular the personal and business affairs of other participants. In accepting these terms, the Participant agrees not to use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use their best endeavors to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other participant.
4.3 - The Company requires that all participants respect the rights of others in regards to their behaviour and privacy. The Company will not be responsible for the action of any participant, including for any disclosures made by any participant based on information which has been shared during the Event, and each Participant should be aware that whilst all participants have been requested to maintain the strictest confidentiality, private information should not be shared if wider disclosure could cause further implications.
4.4 - All participants are requested to be kind and courteous to other participants, contractors or employees at all times. The Company do not tolerate bullying, racism or sexism of any kind.
4.5 - All intellectual property rights within training delivered throughout the Event by the Company are owned by Radford Enterprises Limited and the reproduction, distribution, whether by gift or sale, of any information or materials provided is strictly prohibited. This means that whilst participants are free to use the material or print out a copy for their own use, participants are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share our products with third parties.
4.5 - Throughout the Event the Company may capture photographs or video (“Content”) to be used for the intended purpose of promotional or marketing material, educational videos or course and information videos which may be shared online, downloaded or stored. Unless communicated in writing by email to the Company, the Participant, in agreeing to these terms accepts the usage rights for no fee and understands that no geographical or time restrictions are placed on the use of the Content.

5. Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 - These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to them will be governed by English law. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
5.2 - No breach of any provision of this Agreement shall be waived except with the express written consent of the party not in breach.
5.3 - If any provision of this Agreement is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Agreement will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect (unless that would contradict the clear intention of the parties, in which case the entirety of the relevant provision will be deemed to be deleted).
5.4 - Neither party may without the prior written consent of the other party assign, transfer, charge, license or otherwise deal in or dispose of any contractual rights or obligations under this Agreement.
5.5 - This Agreement is made for the benefit of the Parties and is not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The rights of the Parties to terminate, rescind, or agree any amendment, waiver, variation, or settlement under or relating to this Agreement are not subject to the consent of any third party.
5.6 - This Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties in relation to the subject matter of this Agreement, and shall supersede all previous agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties in respect of that subject matter.
