Introduction
These Terms and Conditions set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Ahead of making any purchase you will be asked to tick a box on our Site which says “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”. In ticking that box, you will be accepting the terms set out here.

We (Radford Enterprises Limited) are based in Malta and our business terms and conditions are governed by UK legislation. All references to us, we, our or the Company are references to Radford Enterprises Limited. All references to you or your relate to the purchaser of the Course.

Within these terms you will find information about our coaching and business support services, including options to work with us, or to use our courses and get great results on your own.


Online Courses and Digital Programs and Digital Downloads
We have created digital products which are of a high standard and which deliver great results and support our clients.
If you buy any of our online courses or programs you, are purchasing access to a digital asset, you will not receive a physical product. You will receive instant access automatically once your payment has been processed. The details of what is and is not included within each program is listed within the detail of the product on the relevant sales page checkout. You should check the product information and specifications before purchasing. Please be aware that there is no 1:1 coaching, support or guidance provided within any of our courses or programs.
If you purchase any of our programs you will be provided with instant and lifetime access to work through the program material in your own time. “Lifetime access” means for as long as our business is trading. From time to time we may upgrade or refresh our programs. In such instances you will be granted access to the newest version of the program without additional charges.
Once you purchase any of our programs you will be provided with a login ID and a password which you can use to log into the program via the “Member Login” link, which will be emailed to you. You will then find access to your purchased products under “My Programs''.

Important Disclaimers: Please be aware that you are purchasing a digital product only. You will not receive a physical product and there will be no 1:1 or group training. Should you require further support, please get in touch and we can advise you of the options to work with us further, additional fees will apply. We make no guarantees as to suitability of our products, as the purchaser you are responsible for choosing the product to best suit your needs. The outcomes which can be achieved through our courses and programs will vary for each individual. Case studies and testimonials are not indicative of average or typical results. We cannot guarantee results or success of any kind.

Refunds: As you receive access to all of our digital products instantly you will not be entitled to receive a refund if you change your mind so do check that you are purchasing the correct product or service to meet your needs. Should you consider that you have grounds to obtain a refund which are not set out above you should email us and set out your refund request. All refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

30 Day Guarantee: For some, but not all of our digital products, we offer a 30 Day Guarantee. This means that if after purchasing the product you decide that it is no longer the correct product for you, you can request a refund and a full refund will be provided. There is no need to provide any information as to why a refund is required, however, if you are happy to provide one this supports us in providing the highest quality products to our customers. Please be aware that we only offer the 30 Day Guarantee on some of our products so you must check the information on our sales page and checkout for the product you have selected carefully before purchasing.

Intellectual Property: Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for both our customised and non-customised products and services. This means that whilst you are free to use the course or program for your personal use or use within your own business you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our products with third parties.

Technical Difficulties: Should you have any problems with accessing your product or be unable to access any downloads please email us, placing ‘Tech Query’ in the subject field and send your email to info@roseradford.com

Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.

General: We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the membership. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
